Start with what’s missing
The Photos page lists every vehicle in your inventory export with its photo count, and one tap narrows it to the ones that need photos. A progress bar shows how much of the lot is covered, and “Start with vehicles needing photos” opens the first one.
Find the car in front of you
Search by VIN, stock number, make or model. Type the last few characters of a VIN from the windshield and the vehicle comes up; press Enter and its photos open. A car that isn’t in the export yet can be shot by its VIN anyway.
Shoot, move on, repeat
Nothing on the lot waits on the network.
- The camera takes a photo on every tap, with a strip of the shots so far
- Each photo resizes on the phone and uploads in the background, three at a time
- Next vehicle moves down the list while earlier uploads finish
- A failed upload stays on screen with a retry button instead of disappearing
Tidy up later, from anywhere
Back at a desk, drag photos into order, choose the cover and delete the misfires. Every change saves immediately and reaches your feeds on their next pull.
