Fees, incentives & disclosures

An all-in price, with the fine print written for you

Advertised prices are only as good as what they leave out. Mi Auto Sync adds your dealer fees and the manufacturer’s incentives to the pricing policy that already sets every price, and writes a plain-English disclosure for each vehicle — so Google, Facebook, the marketplaces and the sticker on the glass all say the same thing.

  • Fees built in or disclosed on top
  • OEM incentives by make, model and dates
  • A disclosure with every price

Dealer fees, in the price or on top

Add a documentation, reconditioning or electronic filing fee once, for new, used or all vehicles. Where state law calls for all-in pricing, build the fee into the advertised price; everywhere else it is disclosed beside the price and counted in the total with fees.

  • Up to 20 fees per dealership, each turned on or off in one click
  • pricing_total_with_fees for channels that want the out-the-door figure
  • Fees are never counted as a discount in “You save”

Manufacturer incentives that match themselves

Enter bonus cash, loyalty and conquest offers with the vehicles they apply to — any make, model, year, trim or other column — and their program dates. Incentives every buyer gets come off the advertised price after your rules, floor and rounding. Offers only some buyers qualify for, such as military or first-responder rebates, are listed as “you may also qualify” and never taken off.

  • Program start and end dates, so an expired offer never lingers
  • Terms printed with the offer, like “with approved financing”
  • An incentive larger than the price is left off rather than publishing $0

A disclosure written for every vehicle

Every published price comes with pricing_disclosure, for example: “Price includes $1,500 Bonus Cash and $699 Documentation fee. Plus $995 Reconditioning fee. Excludes tax, title and license.” Map it into any feed, and it prints on window stickers and hang tags. The closing sentence is yours to edit.

Margin measured where it belongs

The manufacturer pays the incentive and a fee is not what the car sold for, so gross and your price floor are measured before either. Discounting the advertised price with bonus cash never trips a margin limit it shouldn’t.

How it works

Live in an afternoon.

  1. STEP 01

    Add your fees

Name each fee, its amount, and whether it belongs in the advertised price.

  2. STEP 02

    Enter this month’s incentives

Pick the vehicles each applies to and its program dates, and see how many units on your lot match.

  3. STEP 03

    Publish everywhere

Feeds, stickers and hang tags pick up the new price and disclosure the next time they are built or printed.
