An aging report that keeps itself current
Aged units cost you floor plan and front gross. The Inventory page shows each rooftop’s lot split into 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over-90-day bands, so the vehicles that need attention are obvious before the monthly meeting.
Every change, recorded
Each sync records what changed since the day before. The activity log is searchable and exportable, and a daily chart shows the pace of arrivals and sales.

Protected from broken exports
A DMS export that suddenly arrives empty, or with half the lot missing, is far more likely to be a broken file than a record sales day. Mi Auto Sync holds a suspicious drop back once rather than recording it as a sell-off, so your history stays accurate.
