Rules that match how your lot works
A requirement matches vehicles on any inventory column, their photo count or days in stock. The first requirement a vehicle matches decides what it needs, so specific rules sit above general ones.
- Used vehicles with no uploaded photos: 30 photos within 2 days
- New arrivals with fewer than 12 photos: 12 photos within 3 days
- Certified pre-owned: a full walk-around including the CPO badge
- Count only your uploads, or every photo the feed publishes
A to-do list for the lot
The Photos page shows Needs photos and Overdue tabs with the most urgent vehicles first. The To shoot card starts a shoot in priority order, and each vehicle shows its progress against its shot list.
Shot lists that guide every photo
Each requirement can carry an ordered shot list — front three-quarter, driver side, interior, odometer. The in-app camera prompts for each shot in turn, and the CSV shot list tells a photographer or detail team exactly what each vehicle still needs.
