Read files wherever they are published
Each inventory file is either a web address or a server login and path. Passwords and private keys are encrypted and write-only, and SFTP host keys are pinned on first read.

Merge by VIN, or add files together
When vehicles are split across files — new in one, used in another — add them together. When details are split — vehicles in one file, prices or photos in another — merge them by VIN. Mi Auto Sync finds each file’s VIN column from its name and from which values look like VINs.

Import only the rows you need
Import filters on each file keep only matching rows: one rooftop’s vehicles from a group-wide export, only retail units, only vehicles with a price. Testing a file shows how many rows the filters keep, and a filter on a column that disappears stops the read instead of emptying your feeds.
