Group DMS exports often list every rooftop’s vehicles in one file. Each inventory file can now carry row filters, using the same operators as feed filters, so only matching rows are imported: one rooftop’s vehicles, only retail units, only vehicles with a price.
Filters apply per file before files are combined, so feeds, pricing, syncs and previews all see the same inventory. Testing a file reports how many of its rows the filters keep, and a filter naming a column the file no longer has stops the read rather than silently emptying every feed.
